- Direct to Garment Printing – We offer DTG printing services for white and light garments. Anything that doesn’t require a white layer (white underbase) can be printed with our direct to garment printers. This printing process will work best with close to a 100% cotton (and other organic textiles).
- Screen Printing Services – Our Toronto Screen Printing facilities are equipped with manual and automatic presses. We offer a complete range of traditional and modern screen printing services for up to 6 colors per location.
- Embroidery Services – Embroidery is the perfect solution if looking for corporate apparel or merchandise for an event, corporate and athletic uniforms, Hats, Toques and other garment types. In our Toronto embroidery factory, we have 24 tajima heads. Our turnaround time is very fast on embroidery services.
- Dye Sublimation – Great for printing on white synthetic fabrics such as: nylon, polyester, and other man-made fibers and substrates such as plastics, metals, wood, etc. Some other application of this printing method is Mug printing, photo frame printing, trophy supplies, tie printing, custom lingerie printing. Dye-sublimation is a chemical reaction that occurs when the inks are converted into a gaseous state and then fused onto your desired garment.
- Specialty printing services – Beside your regular every day printing, we also provide some specialty printing methods which are not generally offered by most printer around. These include: Water-based screen printing (soft hand), 4-color process printing, foil embossing on garment, rhinestones and applique decoration including Swarovski and Preciosa (Czech) crystals, distress and destroyed effects, tie and die, and much more.
